My name is David Ghazawy. I currently fullfill the roles of Director / Writer / 3D Generalist.

I would say you would have to consider the weather before moving as summers can reach upto 43 degrees celcius (107.6 degrees Fahrenheit).

There is also the fact that you would have to learn to use the metric system .

Sydney is a good place to live but house prices have increased beyonds anyones ability to afford them.

Move to Brisbane (area) and buy a Queenslander-style home (timber constructed with huge veranda/wrap-around porch).
