Hey there!
I'm Shane. I'm a writer/director/editor/otherthinger in Minneapolis, MN. I've been a part of all sorts of message boards in my life, yet somehow I just recently realized I had never been part of a FILMMAKING messageboard! I did some quick googling and from looking around this place seems nice!
So here I am.
Edit: I guess I can tell you a little more about myself. I'm 19, and I've been making movies most of my life...I started seriously focusing on it in high school, wrote a couple scripts that sucked, one I like, shot a couple longer-form things that collapsed upon themselves, a lot more shorter things that ended up working out...just recently I finished a 25 minute short I wrote and directed starring some people from my old school that I'm pretty happy with. Definitely my biggest project yet! My producer friend and I began work on it with the intent of reaffirming our leaving the same film school. We've been working on it since February, just got it online...I imagine there's a place on this board to share stuff like that, I'll post it there soon!
But yeah. I'm not in school, I have a restaurant job, I'm making money and trying to keep making moooovviies. I like it. That is me.
