Headphones in head effect

in the movie I am working on, I want the main character to have a pair of headphones, like the big over the ear ones or something similar look like they are sewn into their head, do any of you have some suggestions on how I could show this? thank you.

Liquid Latex or Silicone brushed on to "attach" the headphones to the head, then makeup and stitch into the latex/silicone to show the attachment. It ends up being a makeup appliance.
