Glidecam X22 on DSLR camera

hi,

i'm an amateur who got a bunch of pretty high end equipments and wanted to shoot.

i've got the Glidecam X22, Kessler CineSlider, Kessler Pocket Jib.. all hooked up to D3s. plus Litepanel LED lights...
my team and i wanted to do our Corporate Video, this is gonna be our first CV. The thing is that we only have 4 people working on the shooting stage... is it really necessary to hired more crews? b'cz we kinda dont really know how to operate the equipments cz we just got them this week.

any opinions or advise?? :huh:
