Gangsters and Vengeance: Watch and Review

This is a short, ten minute film I wrote and directed over the course of two years. This is actually the first version, as I am currently in the process of reshooting the entire film.

Any advice would be great! I hope I'm posting this in the right forum as well? But if not, watch and review anyway.

I saw it.

Pros

- Good camera shots
- I liked the way it was lit
- Good wardrobe and set design
- Good props
- Good Music
- Good effects
- Good editing

Cons

- Too slow for my taste. It started to pick up when the guns were shot.
- Sound is your biggest issue.

By the way, why did it take you 2 years to make a 10 minute short? Just curious; I know alot of guys here spit one out every week or so.

It was mostly rewrites that took two years. I like to ensure the project is full-bodied and if it takes two years of cooking to do so, then so be it.

Sound was actually the biggest reason I wanted to refilm the movie. I also tightened up dialogue and got new actors. Thank you for reviewing! I really appreciate it!
