format Format issue?

Hey guys I'm working on a screenplay that has a few flash back sequences. I was curious as to the proper way to denote this on the page. Do you say flashback in the slug line? Or somewhere else. for example.


INT- LOG CABIN- NIGHT- FLASHBACK

That doesn't seem right to me. I have read many books on writing screenplays and this topic is never addressed. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for the input. That's how I have been doing it, but wasn't sure if people were doing it any other way. I will stick to that style until I'm told differently. Thanks again.

That's how I would do it, too.

Though sometimes I use a year or date if that seems less confusing.

Sometimes I use - PAST (instead of - FLASHBACK).

So far, no one has kicked me out of Holywood.
