format Format for a sport type tv game show?

Im not quite sure if Game show is the correct word .. Think Prize fighter in the UK its a TV show but also a live tournament, the format would be very similiar to this.. I just don't know how I would write on paper properly.

I have it written out but unlike screenplays which you can find many resources on how to write an industry standard screenplay I cant find one for the idea I have.

Very like the above mentioned prize fighter, and a little like The Ultimate fighter but less of the reality aspect more of the competition aspect, how would I write this for presentation to a network. Any links to resources much appreciated.

Sounds more like you want to create a pitch. You might try tvwritersvault.com. They tend to serve as a medium for game shows and reality television. I believe they have a couple samples you can draft from.
