Foreign Company shooting in U.S.

Hello,

I realize this is not a legal forum but any insight at all into my situation would be greatly appreciated.

I have a friend living outside the U.S. who is willing to finance my movie production inside America. He would finance it through his corporation. Before he does so he wants to know how he would generally be taxed.

So my question is:

If a foreign corporation finances a film production inside America, is the foreign corporation subject to U.S. taxes in any way?
