I was using after effects to altar some footage, and when I put it back in Premiere Pro, it played back strange. Mainly I just added warp stabilizer cause the footage was a bit shaky. I thought maybe it was just premier pro, so I rendered the footage, into a video, to check. Same thing. Here is the video. As you can see, there is some sort of garbage on the screen in certain times:

I thought maybe it had something to do with a frame rate setting on after effects. I shot it at 23.976 and used the same frame rate as the after effects project setting. So I guess that can't be it, can it? Does anyone have idea how I can fix this in after effects, so the footage will not come out this way?
