Film Festival Question

So I really want to submit some of my upcoming shorts to film festivals . However as I'm still amateur I wonder if there are any festivals for ''beginners'' and can my film be selected for a festival if I'm 3-4 man crew , me doing everything or most of the people there are professional with big crews ?

I've been wondering this for a long time so I decided to throw the question here .

In this country we have several student film festivals. You could do a search. You might also want to check some of the smaller local film festivals. Usually the competition isn't as much compared to the bigger ones. Festivals should be concerned with the quality of the film, not how many people were in the production.

It doesn't matter if you have four person crew or 40 person crew, or if you spent $500 or $500,000; it's the final product that matters. How it looks and how it sounds - and, of course, its entertainment value - is all the judges and the audience care about.
