editing festival formats

hey,

Another question. A festival I'm trying to submit to accepts 35mm, Beta SP, and DVCam formats. How do I go from my quicktime file to one of these (not 35mm - I imagine that's very expensive).

Hi datmiznags,

Try contacting a NY post house like DuArt - duart.com
or cinelab - cinelab.com

and let them know you want a dub from a quicktime file to one of those formats. Chances are it will cost less to transfer to DVCam.
