What would you recommend I buy when I get my new Mic, example a boom pole.
Essential accessories for the Rode NTG-2?

I only want to be spending around 200 though because I also have to buy a Tascam because I don't have an input on my camera. What essential accessories do you recommend? Do I need any cables or wires to make it work with the tascam DR-100?
A shock-mount and cables are essential. I very strongly suggest wind protection. You can DIY the boom-pole.
