i posted a thread a week ago about a label Soundwrx Music www.soundwrx.net who release ambience music for films, television and other medias.
I was wondering if anybody was interested in a simple attribution deal with Soundwrx Music. We would give you the music for you film for nothing and all we ask for in return is credits in your piece, perhaps a link to the site if it is released online. Promotion is payment, but subtle promotion is key.
We have top producers and the quality of the music is perfectly mastered and copyrighted. The music released by soundwrx is distrubted through BFM an american LA based distribution company, all online stores are now selling Soundwrx music and they have had their music on MTv, HBO and many others. So you wouldn't be dealing with amatures. Soundwrx simply wants to spread the word with some free music.
So please have a think about it if you are making a film and you need music and go to the site and have a listen!
