I wasn't sure what category or forum to place this in, but anyways, any future installments of Developer's Diary will be placed in this thread.

Developer's Diary is a series of videos I am making to outline the triumphs and frustrations I face when creating 3d animated content. In each periodical video, I go into detail on what I'm doing the same, what I'm doing different, what I'm experimenting with and sofourth. If you're a 3d animator or simply are curious about just how much work 3d production takes from a non-expert level, you might be interested in what you see here.

That was really wonderful! I love brutal honesty with oneself... and even moreso when said in public. The advice on auditioning applies not only to voice talent, but to regular actors as well. Nicely done :)
