archived-videos Cuttiethon

Hey everybody,

Please check out my short documentary called "Cuttiethon!"

"Cuttiethon” is a documentary chronicling the most extreme fly fishing event in the world. Founded in 2005 by Buffalo, WY native Zac Sexton, the Cuttiethon takes place on the Greys River in northwestern Wyoming. Participants hike 26.22 miles of Wyoming wilderness against the current of the Greys while fly fishing to finish the course. The event typically takes between 30-40 hours to complete, with anglers hiking through the night until they reach the finish line.

Sexton, a Type 1 diabetic and avid outdoorsman, created the event to not only raise money for cutthroat trout habitat conservation and diabetes research, but also to prove that with the right attitude and a little Wyoming spirit, one can overcome any obstacle.
