Try different settings, but you may need to look into a rolling shutter reduction plug-in. Stabilisation is great for stabilising a shaky shot, but it can't fix rolling shutter artifacts. If it's that shaky, then it's quite likely the quick movement introduced rolling shutter and either it's trying to compensate for it, or it isn't compensating for it at all, so you're actually seeing some kind of weird rolling shutter movement, minus actual camera movement.
