Crew and vendor organizing

Over the course of 4 years I built pretty good sized amount of contacts that I'm trying to sort out into something more or less manageable system. As of now, everything is on regular excel spreadsheets, and its kind of a pain in the butt trying to go through, especially when I'm going through my actor lists.

Is there a better affordable alternative that provides with cast/crew/vendor database, preferably that is cloud based? I could find only project based services, like scenios and synchronize, but nothing for an actual production company.
