Copywriting in-film logos?

I got a couple of images for the TV series I'm developing, one for a fictional corporation in the series I had somebody create and the other is the main title graphic I designed myself. Obviously in real-world business you do not copyright a logo - it is a trademark - anybody know if the images are protected if I put them in the Bible?

The logos and the company are part of your intellectual property and are therefore copyrighted. Also images are copyrighted upon creation, you have no need to trademark them as real companies do.

However, I do believe some companies have gone as far to do that. For such, I do believe Capcom has trademarked Umbrella Corporation. (This is protection for both a HUGE company figure in gaming and in cinema.)
