Concerned Citizens

Someone I know linked me to this site; I know he's involved with a film company and don't know if it's some advertising gimmick or story someone's put up for the sake of writing.

It would be cool if it were real though:

Good read there, and could be turned in to an interesting film, but the lack of "ending" somewhat ruins it.

I interpreted it as the journalist asking the Concerned Citizens for help, that he knows they're real, is on their side and is now begging them to come back and finish what they started.

I thought of it as a taster rather than one-off short story, and am hoping that it's something the company will develop, because I really liked the idea.
