composer for short film req'd

I am looking for a composer to attach to my Bravo!FACT application. The film is budgeted for 35mm with approx 5:30min running time.

The music should be Jazz in the Sidney Bechet, "Strange Fruit" rendition and Cassandra Wilson, "Strange Fruit".
