Commercial treatments??

Hey,

I'm looking for examples of successful commercial treatments -- storyboards with dialogue/narration.
Does anyone know how to approach commercial production companies about obtaining this kind of thing? Or does anyone have anything they wouldn't mind sharing?

If you're an ad agency, you'll approch the client directly and pitch your concept. If starting out, spec spots are quite the norm as a way to get your foot in the door.
