comic book movies overdone or not

Do you think that Hollywood is going to wear out the audiences that go to these comic book movies? They seem to be making tons of comic book movies and I am a little concerned that they are going to fatigue the audience. Hopefully they don't get to the point where good comic book movies can't be made because the audience is no longer interested in comic book movies because of too many poorly done comic book movies.

Here is my list of favorite comic book movies

Spiderman I and II
Dark Night
Iron Man I and II
The Crow
The Punisher
Kick Ass
Sin City

I am sure there are others but those are some of my top favorites.

Joel Silver said that present technology for film making lends itself to comic book action movies. The Matrix helped to affirm this theory. I still say Superman The Movie was ahead of its' time with what was done with the technology of ir's time.

I'm looking forward to Green Lantern and Thor.
