First, ep2 says it is 3, and 3 that it is 4. However, you did not ask about these episode so I will move on.
I really do no understand what your concept was for the show. It is obvious that you are going for a mockumentary feel, but then you can hear peoples thoughts and that takes you right out of the possibility that this is real. You also make them aware of the plot which again makes it impossible to be a documentary.
Unfortunately, I did not find it funny either. The humor is extremely on the nose. We all know a fat guy wants food, a leader wants respect, and a perv wants breasts. Having the characters voice these desires does not make it funny. There needs to be a story to each episode, which means a central conflict. In ep. 4 you have sort of have a central conflict, but it does not really make any sense. You have to fire someone, but it doesn't seem like anyone is getting payed to begin with. You also choose the person to be fired without any logical reason. Comedy should always progress a story, so without a story, it is very difficult to be comedic.
You also need to learn your equipment. The sound is poorly produced, and the shots are not very interesting.
With all of that said, the concept definitely has legs. I like the idea that we are watching a production company try to come up with their next hit video. The situation is ripe for conflict and humor. It is just a matter of taking the time initially to map the story out and build of the central conflicts of each episode. Your guys are getting much more comfortable in front of the camera, and I can tell that you enjoy what you are doing, so keep at it. It is the only way anyone can improve.
