editing Combining different sequences in 1 file..

Hey guys,
as i edit my first feature on premiere 5.5 , I realised that my quadcore pc with 8gb Ram and 1gb nvidia was struggling with full hd editing...after 30mins or so (on timeline.. I started getting jitter)
So I placed footage on different 10 min sequnces
as 1-10mins..11-20mins..21-30mins...
Once I finish the film...is there any way to render it out as 1 continuous file rather than 9 ten mins clips?
Or do i need to combine them later?

Thanks
