Anyone who is willing to send us their flashdrives (with their required forms and film) with the knowledge that it will not be returned, can submit their film for free.

Submission fee for filmmakers age 18 and under has been reduced to $10.
Submission fee for filmmakers 19 and older has been reduced to $20.
