You said check it out. You didn't ask for feedback.
Horror doesn't appeal to everyone. I know because I like to watch it and write it, too, and I get many strange looks from friends and family when I pitch the horror stories in my head. And it's difficult to comment on something that twisted. How would an audience identify with that guy? How do you comment on the unrated verison of Hostel without getting strange looks? "Oh, yeah, I loved that movie! Blood, guts, dismemberment, torture... What's not to love? Yeah, baby!"
Wait for the weekend when more folks have had the chance to check it out. It's usually slow during the week as many have day jobs and wives and kids and other commitments.
VP is right, and I would also add a couple of other things.
If you want people to take you seriously and check out your work, present it professionally. You just wallpapered a couple of links on here. Usually if you want an audience to come to a theatre and watch, you'll need to invest quite a bit into an advertising budget to get people to see the movie. On the internet, fortunately things are cheaper, but you might want to give a little description about what we're about to see, and you might want to start out with a greeting or something, post on here and develop a repoire with people, or at least to the point where they recognize your name. It might seem pointless, but I don't think so. People only fake being nice or bypass it altogether if they don't want to really talk to someone, but have to. But you SHOULD want to talk to everyone about your film, because they are the ones who are gonna watch it right?
