That's not rotoscoped...that's a filter or filters. lol. Just busting your chops buddy. I think it could have been tightened up a lot...it was a little loose and uninspired. But it's a decent test of what those filters can do for you. I don't like it myself, but I can see where it might have a place somewhere in fx work or experimental film.
