watch Canon T3i + Zoom H1 Guitar and Vocals Experiment

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this, so I threw it in Experimental, hopefully that's right. Anyway I thought it would be helpful to anyone considering the Zoom H1 to go with the Canon T3i. I don't normally use the Zoom H1 for this sort of thing, I record practices with it, but I gave it a shot with a fun song just to see how it sounded. It actually came out really well I think, but there was a catch. The mic was on a stand like 6 or 7 feet away, the T3i had manual audio with a setting that was only 2 notches from 0, and the Zoom H1 was off auto mode, and had a 35 gain. All of the settings are so extremely low because this mic picks up very loudly, and if either device was on auto or much louder, you would just get loud screeching on the high notes and the guitar would be distorted.
Anyway, enjoy, hopefully this will help anyone doing research on the Zoom H1 or the Canon T3i.

I always have issues with Indietalk just showing my Youtube links as white boxes... So here's the link as well-

For the YouTube link, you just need the video ID, which comes after "v=".

youtube.com/watch?v=cnULuZhAeYU&feature=youtu.be

Which gives you (with square brackets): {YT}cnULuZhAeYU{/YT}
