A little background...
I'm in production on my first independent feature film and it's low budget etc. etc.
We've been shooting using a canon 60d with a rode videomic pro going into a zoon h4n, just to give a set up of sorts.
We just cast a female who owns her own Canon 7D, although we have fifty percent of the movie filmed on the 60d, should we shoot the remainder with the better camera.
My first thought was no, based on continuity and how it will look on a big screen we should continue with the setup we have now and just power through it. My editor said to ask someone that knows more about cameras than he does, that's why I'm here.
If anyone has constructive advice I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much.
Oh yeah, I'm Kyle.
