Hi All, we are looking for short filmmakers!
Sweet ‘Art are currently seeking artists/filmmakers to take part in their upcoming show in October.
We are holding a week long visual art exhibition to run over the Halloween period,
And as part of this event are seeking film makers to tell their darkest tales and show films as part of our short film night on the day of the dead, Sunday 1st November!
Hit us with your most decadently, debauched offerings! We want the glamorous and grotesque, disturbed and diabolical, surreal and supernatural, beautiful and dammed, merciless and macabre and uncanny and undead! Think spooky, uncanny, gory and chilling! There is no fee to submit your short films for the selection panel, with a fee of £20 per film selected and shown.
Selected artists will be given the opportunity to exhibit at our chosen venue of the Iklectic Art Lab, located in Lambeth South London with good access to tube lines but with a feel that regardless, no one will hear you scream!
The show and film night will be installed and run by experienced curators, artists and film makers, and invitations, press releases, promotion and opening reception/private view, will be organized to the highest spec. along with the usual Sweet ‘Art freebies and surprises!
Submissions Deadline: 2nd October at 5pm. Works will need to be available for exhibition during the end of October.

To submit short films for our film night please complete the online submission form stating ‘Film Submission’ in the ‘Show Title’ field and email links or wetranfser films using the submissions email address stated on the submissions form. Films can be no longer than 10mins in length and the submission format must be HD quicktime.
