The festival's priorities lie with original filmmaking, rather than relevant issues. In addition to the selection we offer lectures by filmmakers. Past speakers have included Harmut Bitomsky, Harun Farocki, Avi Mograbi, Sergey Dvortsevoi, Allan Sekula, Azza El Hassan, Stephane Elmadjian.
Note: The submitted films may not have screened before in the Netherlands . In addition to recent work, films may be submitted dating from 2001, providing they have never screened in the Netherlands. All featured filmmakers will be invited to the festival.
