indiefilmpage.com and Coney Island USA present the 3rd annual Coney Island Short Film Festival on Sat. Sept. 27 & Sun. Sept. 28, 2003 at the legendary "Sideshows by the Seashore" in Coney Island, Brooklyn.

Early deadline is July 15, 2003. Final deadline July 29, 2003.

The Festival is open to filmmakers working in all genres and formats.
