Burning a music CD with video features on it...

Does anyone know of a program (or way) with which I can create a CD that plays music in a CD player and can play video clips when inserted into a computer?

My friend Dante is trying to make a special edition CD with music video and short doc on it. The CD replication center said that it will work as long as he creates the master copy the way he wants it. Please help us make this master copy cheaply or free if you know how its done!
 
I just checked my copy of Nero, and I have the option of making an "Audio and Data CD." When you hover the curser over the icon, it reads "You can burn a CD with audio and data files on it. Play the music on your CD player and read the files on your PC."

The version I have is Nero OEM 6.3.1.20....or Nero Express 6.
