I'm sold on the blood hitting the wall and the camera. Sound timing may need some adjustment of the splat sound (sound of the liquid first getting hit)... and perhaps a few drops of blood floorside.

Well done visually! They blend to the environment well and the physics of the camera for the lens spatter.
