Background music for documentary?

Hi, student filmmaker here.

Just wondering, is there any site that offers freeware music that I could use as background music for a documentary? Like is there a database for this kind of stuff?

Also (unrelated), but there is a specific terminology for filmmaking that I totally forgot. It's where in interviews (while they are talking) the video cuts to a different portion of the interview. What's that term called? Yeah, I'm horrible at explaining this :(
