Our purpose is simple: promote the works of H. P. Lovecraft through cinematic adaptations by student, amateur and professional filmmakers. The fiction of H.P. Lovecraft, though still popular in print, has fared rather poorly when adapted to film by commercial filmmakers. We hope that through this festival, H.P.
