Avid to Withoutabox

So... I need an idiot's guide to getting my short out of Avid and straight onto Withoutabox.

My editor would like to do this himself and while he's a lovely chap and has great skills, I'd still like to know how to do this myself. His description has been a touch opaque but any help / advice would be fabulous.

Export to a QuickTime movie, then upload that.

But don't try it with a feature...l
