How can i clean up a sentence, that has lots of sharp "t"s and "sees" in audacity? :-S

You can use a de-esser (probably not part of Audacity). What you do is automate - one "c", "s" and "t" at a time - taking a little high end out (parametric/notch EQ at about 6k-7k?) and dropping the volume a tad. This method is actually preferred over a de-esser, which is what is used when you have a really tight schedule; TV folks use it a lot, for instance.
