Scoring for film and scoring for games and creating sounds for apps are all very different.
Scoring for film takes some serious compositional chops, and the willingness to have your work submerged in the final product.
Scoring for games is very loop based, and many "variations on a theme" are required.
Apps require individual sounds and short musical phrases.
All three have very different delivery requirements.
BTW, it's very hard to "specialize" in everything from "Jazz to Metal," unless you specialize in just jazz and metal. Specializing means that you are laser focused on one specific thing. Perhaps you should try saying you can cover the gamut from Jazz to Metal, although that leaves out classical/orchestral music.
