Audience Ratings

Hi everyone,

Do you believe that it would be appropriate for the PG/PG-13 rating for a line of dialogue to be "What the Hell?"

Should I change that to "Heck" to maintain the rating? Because this is being shown to kids of a younger audience (minimum target 11 years old) and I want to minimize chances of something going bad.

how about "what in the world?"

heck = hell

or better yet... use this opportunity to create a catch phrase for your character .......... hmmmmm

ps... the language in kids films in pretty disgusting... disney films love to call characters "idiots" which in my opinion is much worse than an arbitrary use of the word hell

PG-13 would definitely allow What the Hell. And I would have though PG would probably allow one depending on the context of the situation.

Pretty sure I might have seen that in G material in Australia even
