Arri Fresnel Black coating gone

Hi folks!

I have grabbed a used Arri 300 Plus from ebay,which was previously used by rental house.
After inspecting it I noticed that the black coating on the inside of the top hatch is completely gone.

Will this be an issue? light bouncing withing the Fresnel? Or heating problems?
And what is the best way to fix it?

BBQ grill paint. Scuff the surface with a Scotchbrite pad or sandpaper then wipe it down with rubbing alcohol before painting. make sure the alcohol is completely dry before you spray it. Use several light coats instead of one or two thick coats of paint.

You want to scuff until you achieve a nice uniform pattern of scratches. When you look at the surface it should not have any bright or shiny spots.
