editing Are they called animators?

I'm not sure what you would call them but who are the people that would create a sequence/animation such as the story of the Deathly Hallows (the 3 wizards who cheated death) in Harry Potter?

I'm in need of somebody to do a very short animation/illustration such as that one but for my current film (feature length: The Legend of Cooley Moon). The animation/illustration is gritty and fun; about a creature that comes up from hell and kills this witch and then itself gets killed.

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong sub-forum!

the story of the Deathly Hallows (the 3 wizards who cheated death) was my favourite sequence in that film. I love that kind of animation. The last `Karate kid` movie had something like that in as well if I remember correctly.
