Are these the main/only ways feature films earn money?

Domestic and Foreign ticket sales, DVD and Blu-ray sales, Netflix, VOD, Premium cable - for example "HBO", "Showtime", and "Encore" licensing, and other non-premium cable, broadcast, and TV licensing? Not the only ways? What's missing, if anything? What shouldn't be listed? What do you know about feature film revenue streams that should be mentioned? Have you known anyone who's earned from a feature film through those means? Have you yourself?

I've read information on the ways feature films earn money online, and those were methods I've read about.

Product placement and derivative goods (shirts, posters, action figures) can also be a big factors in some films. Some characters in a lot of kids films seem to only be there for the sake of toy sales (e.g. the 'minions' from Despicable Me).

Book rights, sequel rights, Hotel, Airline and Prison rentals, education sales, PPV, premium "at home" cinema rentals (I don't know what they're called, but it's gaining in popularity lately), sponsorships, tax rebates, tax incentives, grants, stock footage sales/rentals, music sales, ring tone sales, computer game sales/licensing even crowd funding (usually rolled into the other mentioned areas) and the list goes on and on.

There are heaps of ways. Some worth it, others not as worth it.
