Are These Lights Worth Buying? (noob)

I'm currently on a tight budget and I'm shopping for some remotely decent lights for a comedy sketch. I found these on ebay:

they look decent and portable but I did some research on them and apparently the colour temperature is 3200K which I think would be 'orangy'. Ideally, I was told that 5400k is the best type of artificial light. If I just changed the bulbs to a 5400k bulb would this solve the issue? or is the 3200k fixed with the hardware?

I also found these but they are also 3200K:

Hi reelkid - sadly, both of the eBay listings you linked to are inactive.

That said, with a £180 budget, I recommend a £106.54 Walimex Ring Light plus a couple of soft boxes for £67.

With the Walimex as a soft key/fill, you can use the soft boxes for back and background lights.

Also, you'd be good off getting a few can lights from Home Depot for $8. Those things rock.

My apologies - I bollixed up the link. It should point to the £106.54 Walimex ring light now.

Reel kid, what we call 'can lights', you call 'clamp lights'. This is a fancy schmancy white one (link below), look for the cheap unpainted ones with a wider reflector. Tesco carries them. BTW, different shaped reflectors and different wattage bulbs will give you drastically different lighting.
