Apple Pay?

We're buying a new credit card machine for our shop and I came cross this something called Apple Pay. What is this and do we need to buy a machine that can handle this type of payment? Is this popular?

Yeah, definitely you want to accept Apple Pay.

In the UK at least, machines from service providers that accept contactless payment automatically accept Apple Pay too.

I found a merchant this is their website http://tsysmerchantsolutions.com/merchant-solutions/credit-card-machine/ they offer cc machines that accept Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, you know someone who uses the same merchant?
