Animation Feedback

I'd go with a much smaller file. That thing loaded waaay too slow. Upload it to vimeo and enbed it for much better results.
As for the animation, I know you are going for a very simplified 2D vibe but I'd crop out the imperfections as he waves his arm(s). I'd also draw a background that places the principal somewhere. The animated library bknd did nada for me.
Also, audio-wise, if you're gonna yell in an almost whispering dialog, you might wanna compress it.
Looks cool tho.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will definitely look into vimeo and work on refining this type of project. :)
