Filmmakers of shorts about animals might want to know about a new partnership between the Animal Film Festival and the Tarshis Foundation where awards of $5,000 - $10,000 will be given at this years AFF for shorts between :30 - :90 seconds that promote a powerful and effective message that convincingly highlights the issues of animal suffering in modern farming, food production and/or laboratory research.
