Here's the e-mail I got.
Dear Filmmaker,
Today we are pleased to announce a second Amazon Theater/Tribeca Film Festival Short Film Competition, in recognition of the critical role that short films have always played throughout the history of cinema.
The entry process consists of three steps:
1) Create or access your account
2) Register for the competition
3) Upload your film
The registration site, located at www.amazonshortfilm.com, is now open for account creation and access. You can register for the competition and upload your film starting July 12, 2005.
As a returning filmmaker, you will be able to continue to use the account you created for the first competition. If you're interested in participating in the new competition, you may want to visit the site, log into your account, and review the official rules and regulations and FAQ.
