We shot using a T3i with a 50mm f/1.8 on a Flycam Nano DSLR
A Nikon D90 was mounted on a tripod for stationary shots. (Tried to limit these due to low quality)
Audio was captured on a Tascam DR-100 with an Audio Technica AT875 shotgun mic. The mic was on a stand at eye-level about 40 feet back from the stage. It was mounted to a DIY boom pole with a shock mount for interview shots.
Editing was done in Final Cut Pro 7
