hi, does anyone here know an adobe after effects tutorial on how to get this look? especially the eyes.

You sure that's all done in post? I'd guess there's some practical make-up in there too.

Regardless, have a search of Video Copilot. Look for "Demon Face" and "Eye Replacement" for starters. There's a lot of tutorials there that you'll be able to forage through to get the ideas on how to create that effect.

Looks like a makeup job to me unless I'm missing something you're asking.

Though it looks like you can see the reflection of a light in her eyes.
